The color run was an amazing experience for us. We left at 8:45 for the Autodrome, which was right around the corner. My mom and sister were there too, my dad was on Jabal Jais hiking.
We started at 9am and ran 5k around the race track. The color wasn’t paint or paintballs, but natural color powder. There was yellow, orange, pink, green, and blue.
We took 45 minutes to finish as we took lots of pictures, played in the powder, and throwing it at each other. We came back dirty, and covered in powder. After that we went to Oregano, to have lunch. This was the best day ever.
I’m really looking forward to next years, but I probably should wear a scarf on my mouth because it isn’t enjoyable to get it in there.
